Pussywillow Journeys keeps one small office in Toronto and no call centre. Your enquiry reaches Marisol Chénier, Hadley Okonkwo-Ferns or Priya Ramgoolam — the same three people who plan and lead every departure on this site. Expect a real reply from a real planner, not an autoresponder.

We keep short days. Anything left on us after close is read the next morning, coffee already made, so a Friday evening email is properly answered Monday by lunch.
